Forensic Mental Health Evaluation Services

Ebenezer Equine provides structured forensic mental health evaluation services for legal and court-related matters.

Evaluations are conducted by a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor with specialized certification in forensic mental health evaluation. Services are grounded in professional standards, ethical practice, and structured assessment procedures.

The role of the evaluator is to provide objective, independent clinical assessment and written professional opinion within scope of licensure.

Forensic services are separate from therapeutic services.

Mediation Services

Mediation services are available for individuals, families, and civil matters seeking structured conflict resolution.

Services are designed to support informed decision-making and voluntary agreement. The mediator serves as a neutral facilitator and does not provide legal advice or representation.

Both voluntary and court-referred mediation services are available.
